Brother Vellies shoes are handmade from bi-product or environmentally conscious materials. Because of this, no two pairs will ever be identical, and each pair has its own personality, making them yours and yours alone.
US Orders
We offer standard shipping on all orders, with complimentary shipping on orders over $500.
Orders under $500 will be charged the calculated UPS rate at checkout.
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be extended during holidays or due to carrier delays.

International Orders
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout.
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–14 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning applicable import duties and taxes are collected at checkout to avoid additional charges upon delivery. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
